Founded in 2016, PR Consult is a global public relations and strategic communications consultancy specializing in the technology industry. We help businesses craft powerful, integrated brand narratives that drive growth and media visibility.
A fully remote consultancy, PR Consult supports global organizations expanding into Europe, North America, Latin America and Asia. PR Consult’s team operates with a distributed team based in Toronto (Canada) and Valencia (Spain).

PAMELA MUÑOZ | Founder & Principal
Pamela has more than 20 years of international Public Relations and Communications experience across technology, insurtech, fintech, e-commerce, automotive, broadcasting, FMCG and not-for-profit industries, with a strong focus on helping multinational corporations communicate to and from Europe, Asia-Pacific and Latin America. She also has a deep understanding of social media, video storytelling and their role in strategic corporate communications.
Pamela has held senior communications roles at some of the world’s most recognised organisations, most recently Cover Genius handling their strategic communications across Europe. She worked with Alibaba Group in Hong Kong and Kia Motors Corporation in South Korea, initiating their global social media and corporate communications strategies in Asia-Pacific and Latin America. She has helped multinational firms with their market entry strategies and mitigated reputational damage during times of crises – including a pirate hijacking (Aye, Matey!).
Pamela holds an Executive MBA from Aalto University (Helsinki, Finland), a Public Relations Certificate from Ryerson University (now Toronto Metropolitan University, Canada)and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Alberta (Edmonton, Canada). She has lived in seven countries and nine cities in Canada, South Korea, Hong Kong (SAR, China), France, Denmark, Germany and Spain. She speaks French, Spanish and English fluently, and dabbles in many others, including Korean, Italian and Portuguese. She is an avid traveller and bubble chaser (scuba diver).
ALBERT LEE | Senior Managing Consultant
Albert is an accredited PR professional with over 15 years of experience in a wide array of industries such as healthcare, not-for-profit, crown corporations, telecom, consumer tech and information security.
He has been media spokesperson for iconic brands such as Bell Canada, LG Electronics, Canada Post and Shred-it. Specializing in media relations, he can offer strategic PR counsel to senior leadership and media training for executives. In addition, he has also been in charge of several national sponsorship portfolios with key partners such as the MLSE (Leafs & Raptors), the Montreal Canadiens, HBC, Esso, and Hilton Hotels.
Albert holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business (York University), his PR Certificate from Ryerson University (Toronto) and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto.
